Thank you for choosing The Bouncing Bow to support your child’s musical journey. This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy explains how purchases for lessons, educational services, and instruments are handled so you know exactly what to expect.

Lessons & Educational Services

All sales of lessons and educational services are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase lessons, you are reserving dedicated time with your instructor and supporting the planning and preparation that goes into each session, including:

  • Creating age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to your child
  • Selecting and preparing music, exercises, and learning materials
  • Reserving your lesson time so it is not offered to another family

Because this time and preparation cannot be recovered once scheduled, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for lessons or any other instructional services, whether they are attended, missed, canceled, or rescheduled.

Instruments

We understand that instruments are a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges for instruments as long as they are returned in the same condition in which they were provided to you, including:

  • No signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear
  • All original parts and accessories included (such as bows, straps, mouthpieces, cables, or cleaning cloths)
  • Any original case, box, or packaging (if applicable)
  • No unauthorized repairs or modifications

All instrument returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the instrument is not in its original condition as described above.

How to Request an Instrument Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange for an instrument, please contact us:

We will respond with instructions on inspection, shipping or drop-off (if offered), and the expected timeline for processing your request.
